By accessing this website or purchasing from Pick N Go Market, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may revise these terms at any time; the version posted here when you use the site is the version that applies.
Use of This Website
This site is provided for general information about our store, products, hours, and services. You agree not to use it unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with its operation, or copy its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. All text, images, logos, and the Pick N Go Market name are our property or used with permission and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Products, Pricing, and Availability
We work to keep product listings, weekly specials, and prices accurate, but errors occur and inventory changes daily. All prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice, and the price posted in the store at the time of sale governs. Weekly specials are valid only for the week posted, while supplies last, and may not be combined with other offers. Photographs are for illustration and may not depict the exact item sold. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to correct pricing or descriptive errors.
Age-Restricted Products
Massachusetts law requires that certain products be sold only to customers who meet minimum age requirements, including tobacco and nicotine vaping products (21 and over) and lottery tickets (18 and over). Valid government-issued photo identification is required, and we will refuse any sale where identification cannot be verified or where we reasonably believe the purchase is being made on behalf of an underage person. Refusal of such a sale is final.
Massachusetts State Lottery
We are a licensed Massachusetts State Lottery retailer. All lottery sales, prize claims, and disputes are governed by the rules and regulations of the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission, not by us. Lottery tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once printed or sold. We pay winning claims in the store only up to the limit permitted by the Commission and subject to cash availability; larger prizes must be claimed directly from the Lottery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unreadable tickets, and you are responsible for verifying your ticket before leaving the counter. Please play responsibly; if gambling is a problem for you or someone you know, help is available through the Massachusetts Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-327-5050.
Money Transfer, ATM, and Mobile Recharge
MoneyGram transfers and money orders, ATM withdrawals, and Boss Revolution recharge are provided by those third-party companies. We act only as an authorized agent. Each transaction is governed by that provider's terms, fees, exchange rates, transfer limits, and refund and cancellation policies, which are disclosed on the receipt or transaction form. Fees and limits are set by the provider and may change without notice. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, incorrect recipient information supplied by you, or funds lost to fraud or a scam. Never send money to someone you have not met in person; once a transfer is picked up, it generally cannot be recovered.
Delivery Orders
Delivery is fulfilled by third-party platforms, currently DoorDash and Uber Eats. When you click an order link you leave this site and contract with that platform, whose terms, pricing, service and delivery fees, tipping, cancellation, and refund policies apply to your order. Menu prices on a delivery platform may differ from in-store prices. We are responsible for preparing your items; the platform and its couriers are responsible for delivery, timing, and condition on arrival. Issues with a delivery order should be raised with the platform first.
Food Safety and Allergens
Prepared food is made in a shared kitchen that handles milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of a given allergen or of cross-contact. If you have a food allergy, please tell us before ordering. Hot and cold prepared foods should be consumed promptly and kept at a safe temperature.
Store Hours and Access
Posted hours are our normal schedule and may change for holidays, weather, staffing, or emergencies. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person, to limit purchases, and to require that customers conduct themselves lawfully and respectfully toward our staff and other customers.

This site contains links to and embedded content from third parties, including delivery platforms and Google Maps. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or right that cannot be limited under Massachusetts law, and nothing here affects your rights under M.G.L. c. 93A.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pick N Go Market and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website or of products or third-party services obtained through us. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the item or transaction giving rise to the claim. Some limitations may not apply to you where prohibited by law.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms, this website, or a purchase will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing a claim, we ask that you contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. Together with the Privacy Policy, these terms are the entire agreement between you and Pick N Go Market regarding this website.
