Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 9, 2026. This policy explains what information Pick N Go Market collects when you visit this website, call us, or shop with us, and how we use and protect it.

Who We Are

Pick N Go Market operates a retail convenience store at 704 Broadway, Everett, Massachusetts 02149, and this website. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Pick N Go Market. "You" refers to any visitor to this site or customer of the store. You can reach us at (617) 294-0056 or hello@pickngomarket.com.

Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to answer your questions and run the store.

  • Information you give us. If you use the contact form, call, email, or message us, we receive your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you choose to include in your message.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used in aggregate to keep the site working and understand general traffic.
  • In-store transactions. Purchases made in the store are typically anonymous. If you pay by card, the transaction is handled by our payment processor; we do not retain full card numbers.
  • Third-party services. Lottery, MoneyGram, ATM, and Boss Revolution transactions are processed by those providers under their own privacy policies. Any identification or transaction information you provide for those services is collected by the provider, and where we are required by law to record it, we retain it only as those laws require.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to respond to inquiries and service requests, fulfill and follow up on orders, operate and improve this website, maintain the security of our store and systems, and comply with legal obligations that apply to lottery, money transfer, tobacco, and alcohol sales. We do not use your contact information for marketing unless you have asked to hear from us, and you may opt out at any time.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers who help us operate — our website host, payment processor, and delivery partners such as DoorDash and Uber Eats — and only as needed to perform that work. We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or valid request from law enforcement or a regulator, including the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission, or where necessary to protect our rights, property, or the safety of our customers and staff.

Delivery Partners

When you order through DoorDash or Uber Eats, you leave this website and place the order on that platform. Your name, address, contact details, and payment information are collected and controlled by that platform under its own privacy policy, not this one. We receive only the order information needed to prepare and hand off your items.

Cookies and Analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function, and may use basic analytics to understand how the site is used. Embedded content, such as the Google Maps frame on our Location page, may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings; parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.

Video Surveillance

For the safety of our customers and employees and to prevent loss, our store premises are monitored by video cameras. Recordings are retained for a limited period and are shared only with law enforcement or as otherwise required by law. Consistent with Massachusetts law, our cameras do not record audio.

Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law, and we maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect it, consistent with the Massachusetts data security regulations at 201 CMR 17.00. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach of personal information occurs, we will notify affected individuals and the Massachusetts Attorney General and Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation as required by M.G.L. c. 93H.

Your Rights and Choices

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is inaccurate, or delete it, and you may ask us to stop contacting you. Send your request to hello@pickngomarket.com or call (617) 294-0056. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before acting. If you live in a state with additional privacy rights, we will honor those rights where they apply to us. This site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Links to Other Sites

This website links to third-party sites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies before providing information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted here, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
